In instances of financial hardship, sliding scale fees may be offered at clinician's discretion.

Insurance

Samantha Maietta, LCSW does not currently participate on managed care panels due to constraints imposed by insurance providers that are incompatible with her commitment to individualized and comprehensive standards for treatment services. Please contact your insurance provider to determine eligibility for out-of-network benefits. Detailed invoices are provided within 24-hours of services for families to submit to insurance companies for reimbursement.
